[People] Hunter / Talent Acquisition Assistant

As a TA Assistant (Hunter) at Bybit, you support the talent acquisition team in sourcing and recruiting for one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges serving over 80 million users. You work remotely in a high-output global recruiting operation, building your expertise in crypto and fintech while earning competitive compensation based on successful placements.

What you'll do

• Source candidates and screen resumes to support the TA team
• Engage candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Arrange interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
• Report progress and keep recruitment trackers up to date

What you bring

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (mandatory)
• Strong interest in crypto and the Web3 industry
• Ability to commit consistent daily hours to the role
• Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills
• A responsible, proactive, and task-oriented approach to work
