People Partner Intern (Summer 2027)

As a People Partner Intern at Robinhood, you'll support the PeopleX (People Experience) team in building a high-performance culture and enhancing employee experience. You'll work on meaningful projects that bring insights, operations, and collaboration together to create a thriving workplace. This role is based in the New York office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Support key PeopleX initiatives, including business support and program delivery
• Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to surface trends and opportunities
• Partner with centres of excellence across PeopleX and the business to solve challenging people-related problems
• Contribute to a strong, inclusive employee experience by helping deliver meaningful internal programs

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• Prior HR experience such as an internship or co-op, preferred
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment centred on learning and contributing
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with a knack for project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite
