Performance Marketing Specialist, Mobile

As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) at Blockchain, you will be the core driver of mobile user acquisition strategy, focusing on data-driven execution and aggressive ROAS optimization. You bring hands-on technical analytics skills and deep operational knowledge of major advertising platforms to maximize returns on a global crypto platform trusted by over 90 million wallet holders.

What you'll do

• Create, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels.
• Relentlessly focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieving efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
• Serve as the expert user for AppsFlyer, our Mobile Measurement Partner, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution.
• Manage the creative process by briefing design and creative teams and generating and validating effective ad copy and video scripts.
• Leverage AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and strategic performance analysis.
• Apply deep understanding of mobile ad fraud methods such as click injection and SDK spoofing, and implement prevention tools.
• Self-serve data via SQL, Looker, or Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams.

What you bring

• 5+ years in Performance or Growth Marketing, specifically focused on mobile app user acquisition.
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer.
• Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok campaigns.
• Fluency in professional and technical English.
• Experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Gaming industries.

• Familiarity with marketing products in the cryptocurrency space.
