Performance Marketing Specialist, Mobile

As a Performance Marketing Specialist focused on Mobile at Blockchain.com, you will drive the company's mobile user acquisition strategy. You own hands-on campaign creation, optimization, and scaling across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and other channels, with a relentless focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend and hitting efficient user acquisition targets.

What you'll do

• Create, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels
• Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieve efficient mobile user acquisition targets
• Serve as the expert user of AppsFlyer, our Mobile Measurement Partner, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution
• Manage the creative process by briefing design and creative teams, and generating and validating effective ad copy and video scripts
• Leverage AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and strategic performance analysis
• Demonstrate deep understanding of mobile ad fraud methods such as click injection and SDK spoofing, and apply prevention tools
• Self-serve data via SQL, Looker, and Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams

What you bring

• 5+ years in Performance or Growth Marketing, specifically focused on Mobile App Growth and user acquisition
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer
• Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k
• Extensive, hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok campaigns
• Fluency in professional and technical English
• Experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Gaming industries

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing products in the cryptocurrency space
