Performance Marketing Specialist, Mobile

As a Performance Marketing Specialist for Mobile at Blockchain.com, you will drive the mobile user acquisition strategy for the world's most trusted global crypto company. You serve as the core hands-on operator behind campaign creation, optimization, and scaling across major advertising platforms, with a relentless focus on return on ad spend and efficient user acquisition.

What you'll do

• Create, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels.
• Maximize return on ad spend and achieve efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
• Serve as the expert user of AppsFlyer, our Mobile Measurement Partner, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution.
• Brief design and creative teams, generate and validate effective ad copy and video scripts.
• Use AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and strategic performance analysis.
• Identify and prevent mobile ad fraud including click injection and SDK spoofing.
• Self-serve data via SQL, Looker, and Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams.

What you bring

• 5+ years in performance and growth marketing, specifically mobile app user acquisition.
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer.
• Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok campaigns.
• Professional and technical fluency in English.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or gaming industries.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing products in the cryptocurrency space.
