As a Perp DEX Business Development Manager at this stealth startup, you identify and partner with top KOLs and copy traders to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. You build and optimize affiliate relationships that strengthen the company's brand and market presence in perpetual futures trading.
What you'll do
- Source and evaluate top KOLs and copy traders through data analysis, personal networks, and industry events, then negotiate partnership terms to establish key affiliates
- Design and implement tailored cooperation models that align with company goals, drive user acquisition, and generate revenue
- Maintain and deepen relationships with KOLs to build long-term, high-value affiliate partnerships
- Monitor cooperation performance and iterate on partnership terms to maximise ROI for each collaboration
What you bring
- Fluent English and at least one year of business development or KOL operations experience on financial trading platforms
- Familiarity with the blockchain industry and a strong track record in business development, ideally at a perpetual DEX such as Pacifica, Grvt, Lighter, Aster, EdgeX, or Paradex
- Expertise in structuring diverse KOL cooperation models and calculating ROI, with strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to attract top-tier and secondary KOLs
- Integrity, ambition, and accountability for the financial performance of partnerships
