Personal Assistant

As a Personal Assistant at Decentralized Masters, you are the trusted right hand to senior executives, handling their personal errands, lifestyle requests, and special occasions. You free the Executive Assistant to focus entirely on operational and business functions, while you manage everything from gift ordering and restaurant reservations to travel logistics and personal research with discretion and care.

What you'll do

• Handle all personal requests from executives, including sourcing items, placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and following up until complete
• Order gifts, flowers, and personalised items for executives, colleagues, and clients; proactively track birthdays, milestones, and special occasions
• Make restaurant reservations and arrange bookings for personal events, dinners, and outings as directed
• Book flights, hotels, and transportation for travel; manage check-ins, itinerary updates, and any personal travel changes
• Monitor the executive support inbox, triage and respond to personal-related requests, and flag items requiring Executive Assistant or executive attention
• Research personal requests on any topic including venues, products, services, and local recommendations in Dubai and beyond
• Complete personal subscription purchases and share access to tools and platforms as directed

What you bring

• Clear, professional written and verbal English; you communicate with the Executive Assistant and executives in a direct, timely, and warm manner
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Notion from day one
• 3+ years of prior experience in a PA, household manager, or personal concierge-style role, comfortable with the full range of personal support tasks
• Experience supporting high-touch stakeholders such as founders, C-level leaders, or high-net-worth individuals
• Professional French
• Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates
• Current residence in Dubai (non-negotiable)

• Dubai-specific knowledge for restaurant bookings, personal shopping, local vendors, and travel logistics
