Political Consultant

As a Political Consultant at CryptoMize, you own candidate-facing strategy for live electoral engagements across a political practice that has run campaigns in 45 state, provincial, and municipal-level jurisdictions with a 900M+ voter footprint. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our New Delhi HQ, where you will plan and steer election campaigns end-to-end: keeping candidates positioned and in public view, arranging publicity drives, and building appearance-and-message schedules to reach maximum constituencies within the electoral calendar.

What you'll do

• Own candidate-facing strategy for live electoral engagements, including constituency positioning, issue hierarchy, and the weekly campaign narrative
• Direct the research cell behind your engagements: opposition dossiers, promise-versus-delivery matrices, and ground-report synthesis into decision material
• Run the demography-derivation workstream on RICOCHET CATALYST X, translating voter-file, survey, and OSINT inputs into the segments and swing pockets the campaign targets
• Prepare candidates directly with briefing notes before public appearances, speech-point review, and candid assessments of constituency drift
• Coordinate with the analytics cell to keep campaign narrative and forecasting models aligned with each other
• Manage coalition and stakeholder conversations that decide seat-sharing and vote-transfer arithmetic where engagements require it
• Mentor political interns attached to your engagements, owning the consultant-to-analyst conversion as a hiring channel
• Own message discipline across all mass media output: television, direct mail, and staged events, ensuring narrative consistency in what the candidate says, to which audience, and how the opposition will respond

What you bring

• Demonstrated depth of skill in constituency strategy: reading caste, class, and issue arithmetic into a winnable path
• Campaign management experience: owning narrative, calendar, and candidate attention simultaneously
• Capability in opposition research direction, building verifiable dossiers from public records under deadline
• Electoral data fluency: ability to demand the right segmentation and question models against ground sense
• Candidate counselling skills: the ability to tell principals what they need to hear at a volume they can absorb
• Coalition arithmetic reasoning: seat-sharing and vote-transfer logic under deadline pressure
• Media and narrative judgment: knowing which political moment is a cycle and which is a footnote
• Team leadership across researchers, analysts, and field coordinators
• Confidentiality discipline: political engagements are NDA-grade, always
• Crisis composure: election weeks compress a quarter's decisions into days
• Hindi-English fluency; regional-language capacity is a significant advantage across our footprint
