As a Premium Administration & Contract Coordinator at Crypto.com Arena, you support the Premium Ticket Operations and Premium Business departments in a high-volume environment. You draft, review, process, and maintain contracts and legal documents, manage client and contract records, and support ticketing operations for one of the most iconic venues in sports and live entertainment.

What you'll do

  • Administer and prepare initial drafts of premium inventory license agreements, amendments, addenda, and other legal documents, determining correct forms and attachments
  • Review and edit contracts by incorporating deal points and deal-specific terms
  • Collect pertinent information related to agreements, clarify data points and issues with Premium Sales and Services teams
  • Disseminate final legal documents for signature and ensure timely receipt of execution
  • Route signed documents for execution and handle internal distribution of executed agreements, e-filing of all agreements, emails and correspondence
  • Audit processed agreements to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in the ticketing system and corresponding spreadsheets
  • Assist in evaluating current contract workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and turnaround times
  • Maintain, update, and ensure all contract files, records, and supporting documentation accurately reflect all new, amended, renewed, or revised agreements
  • Create contract drafting and processing instructions for training or other use as needed
  • Ensure forms and contracts are completed correctly and communicate information and updates as needed
  • Perform ticket operations tasks such as creating invoices, processing payments, and adding parking and license fees into customer accounts
  • Create and manage premium member accounts, including building new accounts, maintaining and updating contact information, updating contract terms, and adding or removing additional contacts in the ticketing system
  • Send client correspondence via email and mail, including termination letters, default payment letters, and contract changes
  • Maintain and organize the filing system by creating new files, updating labels when changes occur, scanning and purging dead files
  • Maintain the departmental budget book by logging bills into the budget spreadsheet and submitting invoices for processing
  • Take inventory and order office supplies and equipment
  • Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned

What you bring

  • A High School Diploma or its equivalency (Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree preferred)
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word with the ability to learn required business systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, resourceful, and able to learn quickly
  • Ability to compare and analyze documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work to meet tight deadlines, and solve problems
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with all levels of management
  • Ability to work efficiently and adapt to changes
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with AXS or other ticketing systems
