PREMIUM GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR-CRYPTO.COM ARENA

As a Premium Guest Relations Supervisor at Crypto.com Arena, you maintain exceptional service standards for premium suite guests and serve as their primary point of contact for catering, reservations, and billing inquiries. You work with Levy, a leading food and beverage operator across 200+ entertainment, sports, and restaurant venues nationwide.

What you'll do

• Maintain standards to ensure all premium suite services exceed guest expectations
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests requesting catering and handle client setup, events, and menu builds
• Process all accounts receivable and suite requests
• Serve as point of contact for guests requesting reservations at Lexus and Yaamava Club
• Communicate with Premium Suite clients and the AEG Premium Sales & Service team to resolve billing questions and issues
• Analyze feedback from clients and operations to enhance services continuously
• Assist the Premium Guest Relations Manager with day-of-event service recoveries and respond to suite or club inquiries related to operations or billing

What you bring

• English reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to stoop, bend, and perform extensive standing, walking, and stairs
• Willingness to perform diverse physical tasks and experience potential hazards including slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains
• Ability to evaluate services in accordance with Levy standards
• Capacity to work extended shifts of 8 hours or more as needed
• Flexibility to work different shifts
