Principal Product Manager - Tokenization

As Principal Product Manager for Tokenization at Digital Asset, you will co-own the end-to-end lifecycle of the DA Registry, an exponentially growing tokenization engine on the Canton Network. You move beyond feature delivery to define business models, commercial strategies, and operational excellence. You engage directly with major financial institutions and ecosystem partners to uncover their pain points and translate them into scalable solutions that drive network volume. You serve as the pivot point between product development teams and commercial success, ensuring DA Registry generates sustainable value for clients and the network.

What you'll do

• Discover, deliver, and operate the product strategy for DA Registry, ensuring alignment with Financial Apps unit goals and defining clear business models and go-to-market strategies.
• Create and maintain the product roadmap in consultation with unit leadership, prioritizing features that drive adoption among institutional partners and ecosystem developers.
• Handle the end-to-end release of products and features in coordination with engineering colleagues and other stakeholders, from initial concept to post-release operations.
• Conduct rapid experimentation to validate value and feasibility before full-scale development, mitigating risk and ensuring the market truly needs what you build.
• Actively capture and channel market and user insights back into your product to adapt its development.
• Create and maintain reporting on Key Value Indicators specific to your product, tracking success metrics regarding volume, adoption, and revenue to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Create and keep up-to-date all internal and external product-related documentation, ensuring sales, marketing, and support teams are aligned on the product's capabilities and value proposition.

What you bring

• 8+ years of end-to-end product management experience in financial services, with a proven track record of shipping successful tokenization products.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from product discovery (0 to 1) to delivery and scaling operations (1 to N).
• Hands-on product development experience, having worked in cross-functional teams with engineers without reliance on engineering proxies.
• Understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology and familiarity with popular layer 1 and layer 2 ecosystems.
• Experience building products for institutional clients, understanding regulatory constraints and compliance needs across jurisdictions.
• Ability to confidently discuss application architecture, smart contract logic, and settlement workflows with engineers, while not being a developer yourself.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work at least 3 days per week from the New York office.

• Demonstrable understanding of how apps on the Canton Network are built and operated.
• Comfort discussing business models, pricing strategies, and tokenomics.
• Languages beyond English.
