Principal Product Manager - Tokenization

As Principal Product Manager for Tokenization at Digital Asset, you will co-own the end-to-end lifecycle of the DA Registry, an exponentially growing tokenization engine on the Canton Network. You'll work at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto markets, engaging directly with major financial institutions and ecosystem partners to translate their pain points into scalable solutions that drive network volume. Canton Network is the only open layer 1 blockchain with configurable privacy and controls sufficient for regulatory compliance, where DeFi and TradFi are converging.

What you'll do

• Discover, deliver and operate the product strategy for DA Registry, ensuring alignment with Financial Apps unit goals and the commercial viability of the product by defining clear business models and go-to-market strategies
• Create and maintain the product roadmap in consultation with unit leadership and peers, prioritising features that drive adoption among institutional partners and ecosystem developers
• Handle the end-to-end release of products and features in coordination with engineering colleagues and other stakeholders, from initial concept to post-release operations
• Conduct rapid experimentation to validate value and feasibility before full-scale development begins, mitigating risk and ensuring you build what the market truly needs
• Actively capture and channel market and user insights back into your product to adapt its development going forward
• Create and maintain reporting on Key Value Indicators specific to your product, tracking success metrics regarding volume, adoption and revenue to drive data-informed decision-making
• Create and keep up-to-date all internal and external product-related documentation, ensuring that sales, marketing and support teams are aligned on the product's capabilities and value proposition

What you bring

• 8+ years of end-to-end Product Management experience in financial services, with a proven track record of shipping successful tokenization products
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from product discovery (0 to 1) to delivery and scaling operations (1 to N)
• Hands-on product development experience working in a cross-functional team with engineers, without reliance on engineering proxies
• Understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology and familiarity with popular layer 1 and layer 2 ecosystems
• Experience building products for institutional clients, understanding regulatory constraints and compliance needs across jurisdictions
• Ability to confidently discuss application architecture, smart contract logic, and settlement workflows with engineers
• Comfort discussing business models, pricing strategies and tokenomics
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to work at least 3 days per week from the New York office

• Demonstrable understanding of how apps on the Canton Network are built and operated
• Fluency in languages other than English
