Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Robinhood, you'll shape the visual and interaction design across the product ecosystem. You'll work from 0 to 1, building entirely new systems while maintaining a cohesive design identity. The Design team's mission is to create best-in-class financial experiences that empower users to manage their financial lives with confidence. Design at Robinhood is AI-first, and this role is for someone who already uses AI as a core part of how they think, explore, and execute.

What you'll do

• Use AI to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, stress-test ideas, and generate early prototypes, guiding intent, structure, and quality
• Drive end-to-end design of key features across products and experiences
• Create visually compelling, cohesive designs that elevate the user experience
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Content, and Research
• Contribute to and evolve the design system
• Help set the standard for design craft and product excellence across the team

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio
• Demonstrated success designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or adjacent spaces
• Experience taking products from concept to launch
• Active use of AI in your design workflow, including LLMs to think through problems, explore approaches, and move faster
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to build and maintain scalable design systems

Nice to have

• Prototyping and motion design skills to bring interactions to life

What we offer

• Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, and equity ownership
• Base pay: $140,000-$165,000 USD (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC), $123,000-$145,000 USD (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL), or $110,000-$129,000 USD (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL), plus bonus and equity
