Product Designer

At Invity, you own product design end-to-end for a MiCA-licensed Bitcoin neobank built for Europe. You'll be the senior (and only) product designer, working closely with product, engineering, compliance, marketing and leadership to shape how the app looks, feels and works. Invity helps people build Bitcoin wealth through simple, automated investing strategies, and you'll turn complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear, trusted experiences.

What you'll do

• Own product design end-to-end, from early concepts and flows to polished, shipped screens
• Turn complex financial and regulatory requirements into simple, clear experiences that make Bitcoin and compliance feel accessible
• Run design discovery by talking to users, testing prototypes, and bringing evidence into product decisions
• Build and maintain a design system that keeps the app consistent as you ship faster
• Partner closely with the Product Manager to take features from idea to launch
• Work directly with engineering to ensure what ships matches your intent, including fine-tuning details yourself when it's faster than a handoff
• Work with compliance and legal to design experiences that are both simple and compliant

What you bring

• 5+ years of product design experience and a track record of shipping customer-facing products
• Experience with consumer-facing (B2C) mobile products, or the excitement to get up to speed fast
• The ability to build a scalable design system and keep it consistent as the product grows
• A strong visual eye where typography, spacing, and small details matter and show in your work
• Fluency in both Czech and English
• The ability to learn quickly and become an expert in complex domains
• Clear communication, whether presenting a concept, explaining a trade-off, or giving feedback
• Daily use of AI tools as part of your workflow for research, prototyping, and making design changes directly in code when that's the fastest path to shipping

• Experience in fintech, crypto or other regulated industries
