As a Product Engineer at TempoAtlas, you help bring the Tempo blockchain, a layer-1 purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, into the hands of real users. You work on first-party products like Tempo Wallet and partner directly with customers to integrate Tempo into their stablecoin flows. This role offers exposure to business-critical payments and crypto problems across startups, mid-market companies, and enterprises, combining product building with customer deployment and go-to-market strategy.
What you'll do
- Build internal and first-party applications on top of Tempo for both agents and humans
- Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into their payment systems
- Develop a deep understanding of the Tempo blockchain and its product surface area
- Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations quickly to get products shipped
- Bring field learnings back to Tempo to improve the product, developer experience, and blockchain itself
What you bring
- 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including 1+ year in crypto
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to travel within the US to work with partners when needed
- A track record of shipping mission-critical systems where safety and reliability matter
- The ability to balance speed, pragmatism, and technical quality
- High motivation and scrappiness, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Intense curiosity and open-mindedness
- Excellent organizational and logistical skills, with precise command of language
