Product Lead / Product Director (Corporate Card / Crypto Payment)

DeCard is building next-generation financial infrastructure for global digital asset businesses. As a Product Lead or Product Director, you own the product strategy and roadmap for corporate card, crypto payment, expense management, and treasury products-designing scalable financial workflows and driving integrations that connect your platform to accounting systems, card issuers, and banking partners.

What you'll do

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for corporate card, crypto payment, expense management, and treasury products
• Design scalable financial workflows including spend management, reconciliation, settlement, accounting integration, and reporting
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to drive product delivery
• Drive integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, card issuers, payment rails, and banking partners
• Translate customer pain points into scalable platform capabilities
• Optimize product experience, operational efficiency, and compliance workflows

What you bring

• 5+ years of product management experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, SaaS, or Crypto
• Strong understanding of corporate card, payment infrastructure, expense management, treasury, or accounting workflows
• Experience building B2B financial products or infrastructure platforms
• Strong ownership, execution capability, and structured thinking
• Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments

• Crypto payment or stablecoin experience
• CaaS, issuing, or acquiring experience
• Accounting or ERP integration experience
• Experience serving enterprise finance or CFO users
