Product Manager - CEX Wallet

Join the Central Product Team at Binance as a Product Manager for CEX Wallet, where you shape the core platforms and services supporting Binance's global ecosystem. You own the end-to-end delivery of exchange crypto wallet products, coordinating across product management, engineering, and design to build scalable, secure solutions that drive crypto adoption.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery excellence for exchange crypto wallet products
• Serve as product owner for product design, implementation, and live deployment, coordinating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver crypto wallet solutions
• Define and evolve the product vision and overall strategy
• Lead product initiatives for tokenized assets, including tokenized equities and bStocks, deposit and withdrawal flows, and asset distribution
• Understand customer challenges and enhance the product offering, taking responsibility for user experience and security
• Monitor and assess feature effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimisations
• Communicate the product plan and roadmap to senior stakeholders

What you bring

• 3-5 years of project and/or product management experience in complex system integrations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with financial or payment products such as reconciliation and channel integration, with blockchain-related experience preferred
• Demonstrated problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to jointly manage projects and keep them on schedule
• An excellent sense of user experience and user interface design
• Familiarity with lean and agile models, and ability to adapt processes as needed for a remote team
• Result-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights and make decisions
• Excellent time management and coordination skills to concurrently manage multiple projects and adhere to schedules
• Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic remote environment
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders
