Product Manager - CEX Wallet

As a Product Manager for CEX Wallet at Binance, you own the end-to-end delivery of exchange crypto wallet products. You serve as the product owner for design, implementation, and live deployment, coordinating across product management, engineering, and design teams to build and evolve wallet-related solutions that shape Binance's global ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery excellence for exchange crypto wallet products
• Serve as the product owner for product design, implementation, and live deployment, coordinating with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design
• Define and evolve the product vision and overall strategy
• Lead product initiatives for tokenized assets, including tokenized equities and bStocks, deposit and withdrawal flows, and asset distribution
• Understand customer challenges and enhance the product offering, taking responsibility for user experience and security
• Monitor and assess feature effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimisations
• Communicate the product plan and roadmap to senior stakeholders

What you bring

• 3-5 years of relevant project and/or product management experience in complex system integrations
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with financial or payment products, such as reconciliation and channel integration
• Demonstrated problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage projects jointly and keep them on schedule
• An excellent sense of user experience and user interface design
• Familiarity with lean and agile models, and the ability to adapt processes for a remote team
• Result-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights and make decisions
• Excellent time management and coordination skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and adhere to schedules
• Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic remote working environment
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Blockchain-related experience
• Exposure to tokenized securities or RWA (real-world assets)
