Product Manager - Digital Wallets & Apple Pay

You are a Product Manager leading Nava's Apple Pay enablement program from development and integration through certification, go-live, and post-production support. You serve as the focal point coordinating dependencies across the card issuer, processor, Mastercard, and tokenizer, with a strong focus on product management, stakeholder coordination, and execution.

What you'll do

• Drive the Apple Pay implementation and enablement roadmap end to end
• Structure and manage backlog, priorities, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate workstreams across issuer, processor, card network, and tokenizer
• Track development, integrations, and required configurations
• Support wallet enablement processes and tokenization workflows
• Coordinate integrated testing, certification, and homologation
• Identify program risks, blockers, and critical decisions
• Conduct go-live readiness reviews and production entry planning
• Oversee go-live execution, war room operations, and hypercare period
• Structure the stabilization and post-production evolution backlog
• Maintain executive communication on status, risks, and upcoming milestones

What you bring

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Program Manager in payments
• Knowledge of card issuance and processing flows
• Experience with Apple Pay or digital wallets
• Understanding of tokenization and network tokens
• Familiarity with the Mastercard ecosystem and MDES
• Knowledge of token provisioning and lifecycle flows
• Experience working with card networks and processors
• Track record managing projects with multiple stakeholders and external dependencies
• Knowledge of certification, homologation, and go-live processes

• BIN enablement and account range management
• Tokenized transaction authorization
• 3DS, fraud and risk, and authentication systems
• Clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes
