Product Manager / Director, Trading Risk Engine

As a Product Manager / Director for the Trading Risk Engine at OKX, you will lead the design and delivery of risk monitoring and risk-related solutions across our crypto derivatives trading exchange. You join the Trading Product Group, which shapes all products on OKX's derivatives platform including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, and trading options. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure our risk control systems meet the needs of millions of traders worldwide.

What you'll do

• Plan and design risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for crypto asset trading products, including mark price, liquidation system, and insurance fund
• Optimize risk control rules to improve system efficiency, reduce losses from abnormal events, and increase the amount and growth rate of the insurance fund
• Monitor risks and collect feedback on the risk control system after launch, and continue to optimize based on iterative feedback mechanisms
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operations team, and other departments
• Mentor junior product managers and develop a methodology for risk control products

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree and product manager experience, preferably from a well-known internet or blockchain company
• A strong interest in trading, blockchain, and the financial industry
• Solid product design and project management knowledge, with strong skills in discovering user demands through data analysis
• Logical thinking, teamwork ability, and effective communication skills, with the ability to organize and coordinate resources across different departments
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach, with responsibility to customers and your team
• Proficiency in English; Chinese language is a bonus but not required

Nice to have

• Experience designing or trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, or options
• In-depth data analysis insights with extensive experience using Excel, SQL, Python, and similar tools for data processing and analysis
