Product Manager

As a Web3 Infrastructure Product Manager at GetBlock, you will take the lead on developing new features and driving product innovation from concept to launch. GetBlock is a Singapore-based Web3 and AI infrastructure platform powering blockchains, protocols, and applications at global scale with 1,000+ bare metal servers and top-5 standing in the Web3 infrastructure space.

What you'll do

• Own the full product lifecycle for infrastructure-level Web3 services, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned with user needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Conduct deep market analysis to uncover unmet infrastructure needs in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Translate product vision into detailed product specs and roadmaps; build monetization models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies that reflect current market dynamics.
• Collaborate tightly with engineering on technical feasibility, architecture, and timelines; with marketing and sales to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and materials for product launches.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs such as usage, revenue, and traction metrics.
• Communicate updates, risks, and results regularly to stakeholders and executive leadership.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech, ideally in Web3, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or API-driven SaaS platforms.
• A strong technical background as a former developer or technical PM, able to work confidently with API specifications, understand system architecture, and discuss trade-offs with developers.
• Experience launching complex technical products, defining product strategies, and implementing features that achieved user traction and business impact.
• A founder mindset: you take the lead, make decisions, and deliver results without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority to align stakeholders and drive progress.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product ideas and align teams around a shared vision.
• An analytical and data-driven mindset; you base decisions on facts and can independently extract data.
• Fluency in English.

• A portfolio of products or features you have shipped from scratch.
