As a Product Manager at Luno, you'll own the infrastructure layer that lets any business serve its own customers on Luno's rails. You join the Institutional Access & Issuance portfolio, leading the pod that builds Luno as a Service — the B2B infrastructure layer where partners keep their brand, interface and customer relationship while running on Luno's custody, settlement and compliance machinery. Your customers are the partners and institutions integrating against what you ship, and their developers will judge your product by its API surface.
What you'll do
- Own the institutional API end-to-end, covering client account creation and management, wallet management, mint/burn exposure, yield distribution logic and reporting through one coherent, sellable surface
- Build digital asset accounts that partners operate for their customers at scale, without those customers needing a direct Luno relationship
- Design the platform primitives underneath: organisations, users, permissions and subaccounts from partner to client to end user, plus usage metering and attribution as a first-class capability
- Run partner integrations as a product discipline, from commercial framing through technical scoping to go-live, treating the first consumers of the API as design partners
- Define commercial packaging and pricing with commercial teams to build a recurring B2B infrastructure revenue line: API access, wallet fees, transaction fees
- Sequence the roadmap so the infrastructure serves every consumer, ensuring what ships for the first partner also carries the direct institutional experience built on top of it
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with meaningful time on platform or API products in fintech, crypto or B2B infrastructure
- Technical fluency to debate API design, authentication models or account hierarchies with engineers
- The ability to think in primitives and consumers, designing one capability so that several products, partners and business lines can build on it without rework
- Direct experience running B2B partner integrations from commercial conversation through technical scoping to go-live, treating developer experience as the product itself
- Strong commercial instincts where pricing, packaging and unit economics are part of how you define the product
- Understanding of digital asset infrastructure (custody, wallets, on/off-chain settlement) or demonstrated ability to learn regulated financial infrastructure fast
- Proficiency using AI as part of how you work in discovery, analysis, writing and prototyping, with demonstrated impact on your output
