Product Manager-Orderly

As a Product Manager at Orderly, you own and lead product initiatives for a decentralized trading platform that fuses the simplicity of centralized exchanges with the power of DeFi. You work closely with cross-functional teams to explore and validate user needs, building best-in-class trading and developer experiences across an omnichain liquidity network.

What you'll do

• Own and lead product initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams to explore and validate user needs
• Collaborate with development teams to identify technical bottlenecks and feasible approaches to drive the creation of new features and products within time constraints
• Develop concise product specifications that set clear expectations, scoping, and requirements
• Utilize data to develop actionable insights, robust product strategy, and inform decision-making
• Guide the prioritization of work and risk analysis, helping make resourcing decisions and tradeoffs
• Develop strategies and tactics to create public awareness and attraction for the vision being built

What you bring

• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Strong self-management ability and experience working in teams with people from different countries
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment

Nice to have

• Experience in developing trading systems or financial-related products
