Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Securitize, you'll shape the Transfer Agency and Issuer Services functions that power tokenized real-world assets at scale. You'll work with senior PMs to translate needs from Operations, Compliance, and institutional clients into clear requirements that Engineering can build from. Securitize manages $3.7B+ AUM and partners with top-tier asset managers including Apollo, BlackRock, Hamilton Lane, and KKR.

What you'll do

• Contribute to defining, scoping, and prioritizing product requirements for Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations within the existing product team structure
• Scope and drive data integrations with partner organizations, from requirements through launch
• Write and prioritize user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria for features touching investor recordkeeping, subscriptions and redemptions, and cap table management
• Lead day-to-day delivery with Engineering on onboarding and issuance workflows for new funds and assets joining the Securitize Platform
• Manage UAT and QA planning for Transfer Agency and Issuer-related releases
• Prioritize the bug and enhancement backlog from Operations and Compliance based on regulatory and client impact
• Maintain and continuously improve product documentation, runbooks, and internal training materials for Transfer Agency and issuer workflows
• Use operational data such as reconciliation exceptions, processing times, and error rates to inform roadmap decisions
• Coordinate cross-functional launches involving Compliance, Legal, and Client Services

What you bring

• 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry
• A track record of driving a product area day-to-day from requirements through launch and iteration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can write specs that Engineering can build from with minimal back-and-forth
• Ability to translate operational and regulatory needs into product requirements and contribute to trade-off decisions within an established product team framework
• Working knowledge of common data integration patterns such as APIs, file feeds, and webhooks; enough to scope integrations and troubleshoot with Engineering (a developer background is not required)
• Comfort managing multiple concurrent work streams and stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and Operations
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to transfer agency, fund administration, or securities operations
• Familiarity with blockchain and digital asset concepts such as tokenization and smart contracts
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product tools
• Interest in regulatory-driven products such as SEC, FINRA, and KYC/AML
