Product Manager, Security

You will join the Hexagate team at Chainalysis in Tel Aviv, building cybersecurity products that protect on-chain and web3 assets. The team sits at the intersection of cybersecurity and blockchains, operating a real-time on-chain detection and response platform that combines ML-driven threat intelligence, custom detections, and an LLM-powered rules engine. This critical infrastructure is used by some of the largest exchanges, banks, and institutions to protect their assets in production. You'll own the product end to end at an inflection point where the product is battle-tested, the market is still being defined, and there is an unusual amount to shape.

What you'll do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution with real decision-making authority, not just backlog management
• Tackle the hard product problems: real-time monitoring across many chains, building opinionated detections customers can trust, and turning agent and LLM capabilities into a product that configures and calibrates security for the user
• Spend significant time with enterprise users, including the biggest names in crypto and traditional finance, shaping the product with them
• Make prioritization calls and keep engineering, research, and go-to-market teams aligned on the same outcomes

What you bring

• Proven track record owning a technical or infrastructure product end to end and going deep with engineers
• Real fluency in web3 and on-chain fundamentals: smart contracts, wallets, exchanges, and how on-chain attacks actually work
• Solid grounding in cybersecurity products such as detection and response, monitoring, and threat intelligence, plus understanding of how security teams buy and operate
• Ability to handle complex, high-stakes situations: drive alignment internally across engineering, research, and go-to-market, and hold your own with demanding enterprise customers
• Sharp judgment on prioritization and trade-offs, and the drive to make the call under uncertainty

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic or LLM-powered products
• A background as a security practitioner, auditor, or on-chain builder, having been the user yourself
• Experience with enterprise or regulated buyers such as banks, traditional finance firms, or exchanges
