Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Universe Action, you lead the collection and analysis of requirements for blockchain derivative products such as DeFi derivatives and on-chain strategy products. You define clear product design objectives, conduct competitive analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ship successful product launches.

What you'll do

• Lead the collection and analysis of requirements for blockchain derivative products including DeFi derivatives and on-chain strategy products, and define clear product design objectives
• Conduct in-depth analysis of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major public chain technologies and competing products; produce competitive analysis reports and refine product directions
• Use prototyping, flowchart, and mind mapping tools to manage the requirement backlog and coordinate development and testing efforts
• Participate in requirement screening and prioritisation; coordinate with UI, development, and testing teams to ensure successful product launches
• Review test cases to ensure they cover core business requirements
• Develop a deep understanding of digital currencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, and maintain strong sensitivity to industry trends

What you bring

• 3-5 years of project experience and a bachelor degree or above, preferably in software, computer science, or related fields
• Proficiency in at least one prototyping tool (Axure or Mockingbot), one flowcharting tool (Visio or ProcessOn), and one mind mapping tool (XMind, GitMind, or MindMaster)
• Familiarity with product prototyping and solution design; understanding of software development processes and standards
• Strong learning, innovation, and analytical skills; ability to accurately identify product highlights
• Good documentation, communication, coordination, and self-management abilities
• Fluent Putonghua (Mandarin Chinese) speaking

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3 or blockchain projects such as DeFi, exchanges, or wallets
• Ability to use AI to assist in requirement analysis, PRD writing, and competitive analysis, or knowledge of the AI+Web3 direction
