Most product roles in crypto pay between $175k and $240k, with a median of $193k.

As a Product Marketing Lead at ComplyAdvantage, you own product marketing for the Risk Applications and Enabling Services portfolio-the largest and most active half of the product lineup, encompassing AML screening, transaction monitoring, payment screening, fraud detection, case management, and regulatory reporting. You report to the VP of Product Marketing as one of two Product Marketing Leads building out a newly-forming function, with real latitude to shape how product marketing operates at the company. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role where you translate a steady stream of product and feature launches into positioning, enablement, and go-to-market execution that Sales and Customer Success actually use.

What you'll do

  • Own positioning, messaging, launch execution and enablement for the Risk Applications and Enabling Services portfolio end to end, from early roadmap conversations through general availability and beyond
  • Take ownership of products at every stage of their lifecycle, building out positioning and enablement where it's missing
  • Lead launches end to end by deciding what earns a flagship moment versus what ships quietly, and owning the launch plan, messaging and positioning brief for releases that matter most
  • Build enablement Sales actually uses, including sales decks, demos, battlecards and FAQs written from a real understanding of the buyer and competitive landscape
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence and win-loss analysis across the Product Marketing team
  • Represent UK, EMEA, and interim APAC market context in company positioning
  • Partner with the Product Director by influencing priorities through evidence, buyer feedback, competitive dynamics, and win-loss signal rather than through authority
  • Use AI-assisted workflows for research synthesis, competitive analysis, and first-draft positioning and content

What you bring

  • 7-10 years of overall professional experience, including 3-5+ years in product marketing
  • Experience at a high-growth, multi-product technology company where you've marketed a portfolio, not a single product, and prioritized across competing launches
  • Demonstrated ability to own a launch end to end-positioning, sales enablement, messaging and go-to-market-without heavy oversight
  • Strong independence and autonomy; comfortable defining your own plan within a broader strategy rather than waiting for detailed direction
  • Proven ability to influence without authority by shaping thinking through evidence and argument, not reporting lines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication that translates complex, technical product capability into sharp, buyer-relevant narrative
  • Comfort operating in a regulated, technical B2B environment, translating product and engineering input into content a commercial audience can act on
  • Demonstrable AI adoption in your own working practice, already using it to work differently

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, security, or identity markets
  • Experience marketing AI or agentic tools, platforms, or features
  • Experience marketing to multiple distinct buyer personas within the same portfolio
  • Familiarity with win-loss and competitive intelligence practices
  • Experience partnering with Sales on enterprise or upmarket motions

What we offer

  • Equity participation
  • Unlimited time off policy
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring two days per week in office
  • Annual learning budget
  • Home office budget
  • Enhanced parental leave and childcare benefits
  • Life insurance and medical coverage through BUPA, including pre-existing conditions
  • Pension contribution through The People's Pension
