Product Marketing Lead, Stablecoins

As the Product Marketing Lead for Stablecoins at Paxos, you'll shape how we position and take to market our issuance capabilities and stablecoins. You'll own the go-to-market strategy for our issuance platform, working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive adoption of our assets, including USDG, across exchanges, fintech, payments, DeFi, banking and beyond. This role offers the opportunity to influence how we communicate complex technology to sophisticated enterprise clients while building perception and awareness of broad market-facing asset brands.

What you'll do

• Drive the product marketing strategy for Paxos' stablecoin offerings, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
• Partner with product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on market insights and customer feedback
• Develop compelling sales enablement materials and train sales teams on effectively positioning our stablecoins and issuance capabilities
• Lead product launches from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring successful execution
• Create thought leadership content that establishes Paxos as the leader in blockchain infrastructure
• Build deep understanding of customer needs and translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions

What you bring

• 7-10 years of product marketing experience, with a track record of success in B2B technology or financial services
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and proven ability to enable sales teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences
• A track record of successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives
• Strong project management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
