Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager at BitGo, you help define how new digital asset products enter the market, how clients understand them, and how BitGo tells its story as digital assets become part of mainstream finance. You'll work at the center of a financial system changing in real time, turning complex products and ambitious ideas into simple, compelling stories and bringing them to market alongside the smartest people in the industry.

What you'll do

• Develop positioning and messaging that is differentiated, memorable, and useful, from the one-sentence pitch to the full product narrative
• Own product launches alongside Product from idea to adoption, defining the audience and narrative, building the GTM strategy, aligning teams, and driving adoption
• Research competitors, market structure, client needs, and emerging trends, then translate that intelligence into sharper positioning, better product decisions, and new commercial opportunities
• Enable Sales with the stories and tools they need to win, and turn field insights into sharper positioning and GTM improvements
• Act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other teams, turning ambiguity into strategy and strategy into action
• Help define how BitGo shows up in the world by partnering across Content, Growth, PR, and IR to tell the story of a public company at the center of a rapidly changing financial system

What you bring

• 4-7 years of product marketing or closely related experience, with meaningful launches you have personally driven from strategy through execution
• Exceptional positioning instincts and the ability to find the simplest, sharpest articulation of why a complicated product matters
• A commercial mindset focused on adoption, revenue, clients, and winning
• High agency: you investigate when something is unclear, build what is missing, and improve what could be better
• The ability to cross organizational boundaries and move people, even when you don't formally own the teams involved
• An AI-forward approach where you already use AI to research, think, write, analyze, and work faster
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly without sacrificing judgment
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn technical products and complex ideas into narratives people immediately understand
• Curiosity about how money and markets are changing

• Base salary of $130,000-$150,000 USD, depending on leveling and location, plus equity and an annual performance bonus
