Product Marketing Manager

GetBlock is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to translate deep product and technical expertise into clear, compelling market offers that hit real customer pain points. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing, owning how services, features, and new verticals are packaged and communicated to the market.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to absorb product updates and technical context, then convert them into crisp positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Create and continuously improve go-to-market materials such as landing pages, pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, and internal enablement docs.
• Onboard and train Marketing and BD/Sales teams on new services and offers, and equip them to use assets effectively in real conversations and campaigns.
• Run lightweight but continuous market and trend research focused on Web3 infrastructure, developer tooling, and ecosystem shifts, then share insights with product, tech, and go-to-market teams.
• Act as a cross-functional bridge during go-to-market execution, helping drive campaigns and BD motions to communicate offers correctly and shape direction across teams.

What you bring

• Strong ability to go deep technically into Web3 products and then explain concepts in simple, customer-focused language.
• Proven experience creating high-quality marketing deliverables including decks, one-pagers, landing pages, and narratives.
• A researcher mindset with curiosity, trend awareness, and the ability to synthesize market signals into actionable insights.
• Confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority.
• Web3 familiarity, whether in infrastructure, developer tools, or technical B2B Web3 products.
• Proficiency with AI tools to speed up the packaging cycle through drafting, structuring, and rapid iteration.

Nice to have

• Ability to independently close the packaging loop when needed by quickly assembling landing pages and go-to-market materials using tools like Lovable or similar, even though you'll have support from designers and marketers.
