Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager at Solana Labs, you define go-to-market strategies for new products and own day-to-day execution to engage prospective and current users. You work with product and leadership to shape positioning, translate it into a living brand and daily content engine, and build an active community. This is a hands-on, zero-to-one role where you both help shape strategy and own execution end to end.

What you'll do

• Define go-to-market strategy: audience, positioning, messaging, and launch plan for new products
• Own brand and voice consistency across content, community, onboarding, and in-product experiences
• Partner with product to optimise the user funnel, tracking waitlist conversion, activation, retention, and referral loops
• Run the full arc of each product launch, from stealth and exclusivity through reveal and sustained growth
• Manage daily and weekly content cadence on social platforms, especially X, and own bigger narrative moments at each launch
• Build community as a core component from day one, turning beta testers into a seed community with OG and ambassador roles

What you bring

• Experience standing up a marketing function or serving as a first product marketing hire, operating as both head of marketing and individual contributor
• Proven track record driving product marketing for a consumer product, ideally in crypto or fintech, to market
• Genuine crypto-native expertise: you understand Solana, crypto products, and are active on Crypto Twitter
• Ability to write daily and well in native Crypto Twitter voice, and you want to ship it yourself rather than brief someone else
• Fluidity moving between strategic planning and execution, with ownership of both strategic direction and results
• Strong instincts for meme culture and velocity

Nice to have

• Experience building ambassador or creator programs, designing referral mechanics, or managing influencer partnerships in crypto
• A network of crypto creators, KOLs, and ecosystem partners
• Design or video skills, or strong taste in directing creative work
