Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager at Solana Labs, you own go-to-market strategy and execution for new products built on the Solana blockchain. You'll work with product and leadership to define positioning, build brand consistency, drive user acquisition and activation, and run product launches from concept through sustained growth. This is a zero-to-one, hands-on role combining strategic direction with direct execution.

What you'll do

• Define go-to-market strategy: identify your audience, craft positioning and messaging, and plan the launch approach
• Own brand and voice consistency across content, community, onboarding, and in-product experiences
• Partner with product to optimise the user onboarding funnel, tracking conversion, activation, retention, and referral loops
• Run the full launch arc from stealth and exclusivity through reveal and sustained growth, using waitlist mechanics and invite scarcity to build real demand
• Ship daily and weekly content on social platforms, especially X, and own the bigger narrative moments at each launch
• Build community into every phase of product development, recruiting beta testers into seed communities with OG and ambassador roles, recognising contributors, and creating clear on-ramps for new users

What you bring

• You've stood up a marketing function or been a first product marketing hire, operating as both head of marketing and team of one
• You are genuinely crypto-native: you understand Solana and crypto products, and you live on Crypto Twitter
• You've driven product marketing for a consumer product, ideally in crypto or fintech, and taken it to market with proven results
• You write daily and well in native Crypto Twitter voice and want to be the one shipping content, not just briefing others
• You move fluidly between planning and execution, and thrive owning both strategic direction and turning it into results
• You bring strong instincts for meme culture and velocity

Nice to have

• Experience building ambassador or creator programs, designing referral mechanics, or managing influencer partnerships in crypto
• A network of crypto creators, key opinion leaders, and ecosystem partners
• Design or video skills, or a strong eye for directing creative work
