Product Team Lead

As a Product Team Lead at InfraSingularity, you research and evaluate emerging blockchain protocols, identify institutional partners interested in staking opportunities, and help shape product strategy for a builder and investor in Web3 infrastructure. You'll gain hands-on exposure to how we evaluate, launch, and scale validators across networks while working closely with dev teams and clients.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth research and technical evaluation of new and existing blockchain protocols
• Maintain accurate records and evaluations of protocols in Apollo
• Identify and profile potential fund partners interested in validator delegation
• Assist with internal reporting and prepare research-backed materials for discussions
• Coordinate with dev teams on product delivery and roadmap priorities
• Manage client interactions and maintain key relationships
• Create and own product strategy aligned with market opportunities
• Use AI tools and autonomous agents to streamline protocol research, reporting, and data analysis
• Build and optimize AI-assisted workflows for research, CRM management, and operational efficiency
• Evaluate emerging AI and Web3 infrastructure trends to identify strategic opportunities
• Leverage AI for market intelligence, partner sourcing, and product insights

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in product, research, or related roles
• Strong analytical and writing skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfort using data to craft narratives and influence product or business strategy

Nice to have

• Previous experience in research, data analysis, or the blockchain and crypto space
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols and DeFi concepts
• Experience with CRM tools like Apollo
