Project Manager, Americas

As a Project Manager at Fireblocks, you lead complex projects in the digital assets and blockchain space across the Americas, spanning North America and Latin America. You join the Professional Services team, the delivery engine behind every successful customer implementation, and drive project execution for some of the world's largest financial institutions, banks, and Web3 companies.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success
• Coordinate delivery across clients and teams operating in multiple time zones throughout the Americas
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress effectively to executive leadership and clients
• Leverage technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams
• Understand enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions to ensure smooth project implementation
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in banking, crypto, and financial infrastructure

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management within banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprises
• Strong technical knowledge in enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong leadership and ability to influence teams without direct authority
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies in digital finance

Nice to have

• Experience in blockchain or digital assets
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, given clients across Latin America

What we offer

• Base salary range of $140,000-$190,000 for New York-based hires (this range is specific to New York City and reflects years of experience, skills, and business needs)
• Target bonus, competitive equity grant, and generous benefits as part of the total compensation package
