Project Manager

As a Project Manager at CryptoMize, you own 3-6 concurrent client engagements end-to-end across our five service pillars. You manage scope, cadence, risk, and delivery from kickoff through retrospective, working with strategists and specialist teams (analytics, content, security, forensics) across live engagements spanning 18 countries. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our New Delhi HQ with immediate joining available.

What you'll do

• Carry 3-6 concurrent client engagements end-to-end, owning scope, cadence, risk, and the delivery promise from kickoff through retrospective
• Own the commitment discipline the organization runs on: scope written before work starts, dates owned out loud, and slippage surfaced the day it appears
• Run the interface between strategists and specialist teams (analytics, content, security, forensics) so hand-offs happen with complete inputs
• Maintain the engagement record (briefs, decision logs, change control) with precision enough to reconstruct an engagement months later or defend it in a dispute
• Manage client expectations ahead of reality by adjusting scope, sequencing, and tone before small drifts become large disagreements
• Staff engagements against the floating specialist bench, matching capability to workload across the portfolio
• Lead crunch cycles with composure through time-sensitive engagements where the schedule is the product
• Contribute to the delivery playbook itself, evolving templates, retrospective formats, and coordination standards for future engagements

• Demonstrated engagement delivery skills: owning scope, schedule, quality, and the client relationship simultaneously
• Written command: ability to write briefs and status narratives a strategist can act on without a follow-up question
• Risk anticipation: seeing the dependency failure two weeks before it happens
• Change control discipline: pricing scope drift in effort and consequence before agreeing to it
• Stakeholder management across seniority levels, from specialist benches to principals
• Resource orchestration: sequencing floating specialists across concurrent engagements
• Documentation rigor: keeping decision logs and change records current as a reflex
• Negotiation skills: resetting expectations without resetting trust
• Composure under deadline compression
• Confidentiality discipline at NDA grade (non-negotiable)
• Numeracy: reading a burn chart and a margin signal in the same glance
• Teaching instinct: leveling up coordinators beneath you

Nice to have

• Experience with Linear or Jira-class tracking at multi-engagement scale
• Familiarity with structured documentation systems such as Notion or Confluence
• Track record built across CryptoMize engagements
