Public Representative

As a Public Representative at CryptoMize, you are the public face carrying an engagement's message into rooms a press release never enters. You manage the release and spread of information between the organisation and its public through outreach programmes, community events, campaigns, and the channels where messages actually travel. This is a full-time, permanent position based at the New Delhi HQ with immediate joining available.

What you'll do

• Supervise and participate in corporate communications activities, including outreach programmes, internal announcements, and community efforts
• Proactively generate public and media awareness of client programmes, positioning them so audiences understand what is actually being done
• Create and send outreach campaigns through email programmes, community bulletins, and direct channels between client and public
• Develop and maintain public-facing profiles and pages so the client's presence is accurate, current, and on-message everywhere it appears
• Manage website-adjacent content for engagements, serving as the public record of what the client says about itself
• Represent the client at public forums, community meetings, and campaign events, appearing in person and on the record
• Feed field sentiment back to the strategy desk, capturing what monitoring platforms miss through direct community listening
• Keep records of all public interactions and commitments, ensuring every statement and profile is documented, consistent with strategy, and defensible

What you bring

• Demonstrated skill in public-facing communication, both written and spoken, under on-the-record conditions
• Experience designing and executing community outreach programmes
• Proven ability to create campaigns and distribute them across direct channels
• Content stewardship skills for managing public profiles and pages
• Internet fluency with platforms, forums, and understanding where messages travel
• Strong interpersonal judgement across community and stakeholder rooms
• Ability to capture field sentiment and listen to community feedback
• Coordination skills working with communications, strategy, and PR functions
• Composure in contested public settings
• Discretion with client-confidential information (non-negotiable)

Nice to have

• Track record built across previous engagements
• Experience with outreach and email campaign platforms
• Familiarity with community and event management systems
• Experience with social profile management suites
