Receptionist

As a Receptionist at DRW, you join the Global Workplace team in our London office, supporting day-to-day reception, facilities, and office operations across multiple floors. You'll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, managing everything from building access and conference room scheduling to food service coordination and new joiner onboarding.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day reception, maintenance and food service support across all DRW floors
• Serve as onsite contact for purchasing and IT needs, including receiving in swing space and building-related requests
• Manage bi-weekly food orders for all on-site employees, including delivery and parking permits and stock control
• Oversee the Just Eat for Business account, manage daily lunch communications, and maintain the kitchen when housekeeping is unavailable
• Handle new joiner administration: print building passes, conduct office tours across all floors, and set up lunch accounts
• Maintain conference rooms across multiple floors
• Answer phones and divert calls appropriately
• Serve as the first point of contact for all facilities-related issues
• Support DRW emergency response team organization and training
• Assist with office supply ordering
• Provide backup support to Office Coordinators across all floors
• Assist with office activities, events and other business needs as assigned

What you bring

• Previous administrative support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and take direction from multiple sources
• High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Calendar
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• A customer service-oriented approach
• A strong affinity for food and nutrition
• Strong initiative to push tasks and projects to completion and ability to work independently
• Maturity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work well as a dedicated team member in group settings
