Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise

As a Regional Sales Manager at Elliptic, you lead a team of key account executives responsible for helping prospective customers navigate cryptocurrency compliance and regulatory environments. You'll manage enterprise sales across the US, selling Elliptic's AML/KYC and Forensics Platform to large global financial institutions while building and scaling a high-performing sales team.

What you'll do

  • Lead, motivate and develop the US sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are achieved
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota while forecasting targets accurately
  • Develop net new business and expand the existing book of business through prospecting and a full sales cycle approach
  • Represent Elliptic in senior meetings with C-Level executives at large global financial institutions
  • Build out strategic territory plans, prospect and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through close
  • Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations
  • Develop custom proposals with the help of the strategy team and negotiate terms to close business
  • Work alongside Client Services to develop deeper relationships and upsell opportunities to hit aggressive revenue goals
  • Lead recruitment of additional sales resources as the US sales presence grows

What you bring

  • 5+ years managing sales teams executing business with $50k-$250k ACVs
  • 10+ years of full sales cycle experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Ability to manage business strategy and pipeline across both high-velocity short-cycle mid-market business and complex long-cycle enterprise deals
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills with a proven track record of generating net new business and coaching team members to do the same
  • Top 10% sales performer with demonstrated success achieving and exceeding individual and team quota, including personal achievement of sales campaigns or deals of $1,000,000 USD or more
  • Strong work ethic and an entrepreneur's mindset, comfortable creating value in a low-structure environment while remaining agile and resilient

Nice to have

  • Intimate understanding of AML/KYC and Forensics space, either in cryptocurrency or traditional financial environments
  • Deep interest in emerging technology
