As a Regulatory Compliance Manager at Revolut, you'll advise the business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls, ensuring our consumer protection practice stays compliant in a fast-moving, digital environment. You'll act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision, blending regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to manage conduct risk and deliver real value to customers.
What you'll do
- Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision
- Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework and training programme
- Support regulatory licence applications
- Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of the regulatory architecture
- Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
- Participate and advise on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
- Support interactions with regulators
What you bring
- Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
- An understanding of digital asset products
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
- Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
- A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
- The ability to communicate positively with regulators and members of various internal teams
- Multitasking skills with close attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
