Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crypto)

As a Regulatory Compliance Manager at Revolut, you advise on crypto compliance requirements and related controls. You'll join the Compliance team, which blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure our products meet legal and policy requirements. What you'll do

• Provide oversight on compliance obligations for cryptoasset products and related controls
• Ensure high-quality regulatory mapping across crypto offerings
• Challenge, assess, and implement policies from scratch
• Review first-line-of-defence compliance approvals for cryptoasset products and provide appropriate feedback
• Ensure a robust, company-wide cryptoasset training and competency programme
• Provide second-line-of-defence oversight on cryptoasset complaints, diving into root-cause analyses to drive better customer outcomes
• Oversee horizon scanning for relevant geographies

What you bring

• 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• Expertise in cryptoasset-related obligations such as MiCA and CARF
• A university degree in STEM, business, or finance
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
• A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
