Remote Audit Senior Manager (Digital Assets/Crypto/Exchange/Treasury/Blockchain)

You will join a leader in the Legal & Accounting space as a Remote Audit Senior Manager, overseeing complex audit engagements with a focus on digital asset, crypto, exchange, treasury, and blockchain-related clients. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide audit strategy, strengthen internal controls, and partner closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant financial reporting while navigating evolving regulatory requirements and advising on technical accounting matters.

What you'll do

• Develop and recommend improvements to client internal controls and accounting procedures
• Formulate and communicate audit plans and supervise audit teams
• Draft complex financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and GAAS
• Consult with clients on the implications of new accounting pronouncements
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and communicate audit findings effectively

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of audit or public accounting experience
• Demonstrated supervisory experience
• An active licensed US CPA or equivalent
• Strong expertise in GAAP, GAAS, SEC, and PCAOB regulations
