[Remoto] Desenvolvedor(a) Backend Pleno / Backend Engineer

As a Backend Engineer at BBChain, you join the asset tokenization squad, responsible for bringing traditional financial market products to blockchain infrastructure while maintaining security and regulatory compliance with Brazilian financial system rules. You'll receive problems, understand the functional context, and deliver solutions with autonomy, supported by a team experienced in the domain.

What you'll do

• Develop services and APIs with a focus on quality, maintainability, and test coverage
• Translate financial market business rules into technical solutions
• Collaborate on solution design with your team
• Work in a collaborative environment with pair programming, code review, and continuous feedback

What you bring

• Solid experience as a mid-level Java Developer in a professional environment
• Mastery of Java 8+ and frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Hands-on experience with Git, code review, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Understanding of automated testing (unit and/or integration tests)
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

Nice to have

• Kotlin
• Cloud platforms (Azure) and Azure DevOps
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Ansible, Keycloak, or Event Sourcing
