Retention Specialist-Forex and Crypto

As a Retention Specialist at Eminence Consultancy, you join the team to develop and retain trading volume from clients in forex, stocks, and commodities. You ensure responsible trading practices, provide client support, and drive consistent business growth across the department.

What you'll do

• Generate and develop trading volume from new clients
• Ensure responsible trading and compliance with all regulations and company policies
• Provide training to clients on the company platform and deposit process
• Present products effectively by leveraging sales and persuasion skills, solid product knowledge, and compliance expertise
• Complete and verify all information for new client activations accurately
• Maintain a constant flow of business to the department
• Complete special projects and miscellaneous duties as requested by management

What you bring

• 2+ years of work experience in the forex industry in this role or a related position
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Proactive approach to daily tasks with a positive personality
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Strong computer literacy
