As a RevOps Analytics & BI Analyst at TRM Labs, you build the trusted reporting foundation that enables the revenue organization to move faster, make decisions with confidence, and act on accurate data. You translate GTM questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and recommendations, giving teams self-serve visibility into pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue execution.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the curated Cortex data layer with dbt models and transformations from raw sources to trusted tables
- Design a scalable transformation architecture that supports future datasets and use cases
- Define and standardize core business calculations such as ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasting
- Create and maintain the semantic layer that becomes the company's single source of truth
- Build and own the official dashboards, metrics, and reporting layer on top of that foundation
What you bring
- Strong SQL and hands-on data modeling experience with dbt or an equivalent transformation framework
- Proven dashboard and BI design skills that create clear, decision-driving views rather than just charts
- Strong data-visualization sensibility, including graph and relationship visualization, and metric definition
- Ownership of the full path from raw data through model, metric, and dashboard
- Business orientation that translates GTM and RevOps questions into data work rather than just executing tickets
Nice to have
- Experience with BigQuery and the modern data stack, or Python for heavier transformations
- Background in GTM, RevOps, or commercial analytics
- Comfort partnering directly with stakeholders and presenting insights
