Risk and Internal Controls Analyst

As a Risk and Internal Controls Analyst at Transfero Group, you support the Risk and Internal Controls team at an international company headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. Transfero facilitates and promotes access to and adoption of digital assets through blockchain-based solutions for individual and institutional clients seeking exposure to this new asset class.

What you'll do

• Support the preparation of reports, indicators and dashboards to assist decision-making and committee work
• Participate in process mapping and identify control points and risk mitigation opportunities
• Assist in executing control tests, validating effectiveness and tracking corrective action plans
• Support identification, assessment and monitoring of operational, financial, regulatory, technological and compliance risks
• Keep the risk and internal controls matrix current in line with Bacen regulations including Circular 3978, Resolutions 85, 198 and 260
• Support responses to internal audits, external audits and Bacen inspections
• Strengthen risk and control culture across the organisation

What you bring

• A degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Law or related fields
• Prior knowledge of risk management, internal controls, compliance or processes
• Familiarity with regulations applicable to payment institutions and fintechs, especially Bacen requirements
• An analytical, organised and curious mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and productivity tools
• Advanced English
