As a Risk & Reg - Transaction Monitoring - Crypto - Senior Associate at PwC Acceleration Center India, you help shape the future of business for clients across diverse geographies and jurisdictions. In this role, you focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for crypto clients, providing advice and solutions within PwC's Risk & Regulatory practice. As a Senior Associate, you build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations while delivering quality work.

What you'll do

• Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to provide compliance guidance and solutions to clients
• Manage transaction monitoring processes for cryptocurrency clients to mitigate financial crime risks
• Implement compliance frameworks and conduct risk assessments to enhance internal controls
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for adhering to regulatory requirements
• Utilize analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
• Conduct compliance audits and reviews to validate adherence to governance standards
• Develop and maintain compliance programs to address anti-money laundering and sanctions requirements
• Leverage AI-human collaboration to optimize compliance reporting and monitoring activities
• Build meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality service
• Uphold professional and technical standards in line with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What you bring

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4+ years of experience in transaction monitoring for crypto
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Demonstrable proficiency in anti-money laundering compliance
• AI fluency and experience with AI-human collaboration
• Experience implementing compliance programs and conducting compliance risk assessments
• Knowledge of Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) frameworks
• Excellence in transaction monitoring and sanctions compliance
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 Standards and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
• Skills in data analysis and interpretation
