Rust Developer

As a Rust Developer at Chingari, you'll be a key member of the team transforming requirements into on-chain logic. Your knowledge of the Solana protocol and other cryptocurrency technologies will bring features to life such as NFT Marketplace, DAOs, gamification through smart contracts, and staking.

What you'll do

• Perform R&D on token utility requirements delivered by your project manager
• Write on-chain programs to facilitate token logic
• Thoroughly test applications and validate functionality
• Keep up to date with current crypto trends and technologies
• Participate in the agile process, including bi-weekly sprint planning, task refinement, and end-of-sprint demos to leadership

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Rust developer, or experience with C, C++, or Go and willingness to learn Rust
• Past experience working with blockchain-based systems or willingness to learn
• A deep understanding of the blockchain, cryptocurrency space, and smart contract systems

Nice to have

• Experience in Solana or Ethereum smart contract development, or willingness to learn
• Experience building web3 applications
• A deep understanding of Solana specifically
