
As a RWA Tokenisation Business Development Manager at DRW, you'll lead growth of the tokenised trading business within the Global Delta One team. You sit at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology, working closely with an established trading team to identify and develop new opportunities in tokenisation. This role demands a business-builder with strategic vision and proven commercial talent.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritise opportunities in tokenised equities and related digital asset products
- Further develop the commercial strategy for tokenised trading, working closely with trading and technology teams
- Monitor regulatory developments and the competitive landscape across traditional finance and crypto markets
- Maintain existing relationships and liquidity provision arrangements with institutional trading counterparts
- Identify and secure new partnerships with key market participants including token and perps issuers, infrastructure providers, exchanges, custodians, and intermediaries
- Engage with regulators, industry bodies and standard-setting organisations
- Lead commercial structuring and negotiations for new products and opportunities
- Work with internal legal, compliance and operations teams
- Represent the firm at industry events and forums
What you bring
- 3+ years in business development, strategy, or commercial roles in financial markets
- Deep understanding of both traditional finance equities markets and crypto/digital assets, including familiarity with tokenisation technology, smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure, as well as equity execution, settlement and financing
- A proven track record of building early businesses or developing new products or revenue streams
- A strong network across traditional finance and crypto ecosystems
- Experience structuring complex commercial partnerships
- A self-starter mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy and building from scratch
