RWA tokenization

As an RWA Tokenization Contractor with Your Script Produced!, you develop and manage real-world asset tokenization strategies for creative projects and intellectual property within the Your Script Produced! ecosystem. You work remotely with creators, producers, legal advisors, and technology partners to translate creative value into tokenization frameworks that serve both creators and investors.

What you'll do

• Analyze potential creative assets and intellectual property for tokenization viability
• Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance and structure token offerings appropriately
• Design token structures and asset-backed frameworks aligned with project goals and investor needs
• Work closely with creators and producers to translate project value into clear tokenization frameworks
• Prepare documentation and presentations for stakeholders
• Coordinate with technology partners to oversee implementation of token solutions
• Monitor token performance and propose improvements
• Contribute to educational materials that help creatives and investors understand RWA tokenization benefits and mechanics

What you bring

• A strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and RWA tokenization concepts, including token structures, smart contracts, and asset-backed tokens
• Experience in finance or investment analysis, with skills in asset valuation, risk assessment, and compliance considerations for tokenized assets
• The ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear, accessible language for creative professionals and non-technical stakeholders
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, Computer Science, Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven remote collaboration skills, including reliable communication, time management, and comfort working across time zones and cultures
• A demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and an interest in supporting underrepresented creators and artists

Nice to have

• Experience working in or with creative industries such as film, media, and arts
• Familiarity with intellectual property, rights management, and project financing
