Sales and Partnership Manager

As a Sales and Partnership Manager at VIMworld, you drive customer acquisition and partnership expansion for a Web3 and DeFi platform. Based in our Las Vegas office, you combine direct outreach, social media engagement, and in-person events to grow our user base and build strategic collaborations in the crypto and NFT space.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth
• Manage partnership expansion and collaboration opportunities
• Use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube to implement effective lead generation campaigns
• Develop creative and innovative sales campaigns to reach target audiences
• Participate in Twitter spaces and livestreams to engage with prospective users and promote the VIMworld brand
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to crypto, NFTs, and DeFi
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer acquisition, and lead generation
• Proven ability to develop sales materials and pitch content
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
• A natural ability to strike up conversations with anyone, anywhere
• An extroverted personality with a passion for creativity and brainstorming
